Warren was born and raised on Chicago's South Side and is a graduate of Trinity Christian College. After working as architectural designer/kitchen and bath designer for 14 years, he decided it was time for a change to do something he really enjoyed. This self-taught chef opened his first restaurant 17 years ago.
Warren's recipes are inspired by fresh flavors, food combinations that complement each other and plates that are artistically presented.
Bread and Bean Eatery offers simple yet creative dishes which are inspired by seasonal, local ingredients.
Warren and his restaurant give back to the community by supporting charities including: Meels on Wheels, Boys and Girls Club, Hope: Suicide Preventions and Kohler Friends. Warren resides in Kohler with his wife Sharon and two sons, Kyle and Erik.
